  • Lay Advocacy – This multi-session series prepares parents to better advocate for their own children and to assist other parents in their area with educational advocacy. Participants are selected through an application process.
  • Partners in Policymaking – This multi-session series prepares individuals with developmental disabilities and family members to engage in systemic advocacy. Participants are selected through an application process.
  • Presenters for a New Attitude – This two-day workshop prepares individuals with disabilities and family members to deliver disability awareness presentations as part of The Advocacy Center’s Speakers Bureau. Participants are selected through an application process.
  • Transition: Creating a Life After High School – This multi-session series helps young adults with disabilities and their families to explore the options available after completing their education. Participants must meet eligibility requirements.
