The Advocacy Center to collaborate with School of the Holy Childhood

The Advocacy Center will present a two part workshop series on the topic of transition for families of students who attend the School of the Holy Childhood.  The series, to be presented in October 2007, will include the following topics:  an overview of the Collaborative Community Transition Planning Process that began in 2006, Circles of Support, Person Centered Planning, and developing a vision for the future.  The topic of transition was chosen based on input from families who were recently surveyed.  Survey respondents also expressed an interest in learning more about positive behavioral interventions.  Plans are in the works to offer a series focused on this topic at School of the Holy Childhood in 2008.

If you are interested planning in a workshop or series for your group or organization, please contact The Advocacy Center.
