Participants in this day-long conference sponsored by The Advocacy Center will learn how to recognize sensory processing issues, how to distinguish sensory issues from behavioral issues, and how to support children when sensory issues are present.

Felicia Thierer, OTR/L, will be the speaker for the day. Trained in sensory integration, Thierer has practiced occupational therapy for over twenty years and  has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder for over fifteen years.
