Public Hearing on Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities to Take Place August 23, 2010

The State of New York Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD, formerly OMRDD) has announced a public hearing on the draft of its Statewide Comprehensive Plan 2010- 2014. The public hearing will be held at three locations in New York State: Rochester, Schenectady, and New York City.

OPWDD intends to utilize comments submitted at the hearing to further refine its comprehensive plan. OPWDD urges self-advocates, family members, providers, and other interested parties to participate in the hearing. For more information, see the attached PDF announcement (above).
