Part 200 and 201 Regulations Revised

The New York State Education Department has published a revised edition of Regulations of the Commissioner of Education Part 200 Students with Disabilities and Part 201 Procedural Safeguards for Students with Disabilities Subject to Discipline. They can be found at the VESID web site.

The Advocacy Center is a New York State Parent Training and Information Center (PTIC), serving all of New York except the 5 boroughs of New York City. The PTIC is funded through a grant from the Office of Special Education Programs, U.S. Department of Education.
