A qualitative research study is being conducted on parents’ perspectives on discharge planning to see if parents of children with special health care needs feel that hospital discharges are meeting their family needs.  The researcher is Jennifer Donato, an MSW student at Greater Rochester Collaborative Masters of Social Work Program with SUNY Brockport and Nazareth Colleges. She is completing this project through class work at this program.
