Monroe County Healthy Neighborhood Program Runs through September 30, 2009

Do you live in the City of Rochester in one of these zip code areas:  14605, 14609,14608or 14611?  If so, you may be eligible for assistance through the Healthy Neighborhood Program sponsored by Monroe County. 

Program objectives are to reduce or prevent:

  • Tobacco use
  • Home Fire Deaths
  • Household pests
  • Lead exposure
  • Asthma hospitalization
