Message from Paul - December 2010

Dear Friend,

As 2010 draws to a close, I want to express my deep appreciation and gratitude to all who have contributed in so many ways this year to achieving The Advocacy Center’s vision of creating a world that works for everyone.

Our staff, board and volunteers are exceptionally dedicated and compassionate people who demonstrate those qualities through their work in support of our mission.  Our donors, our public and private grantors, and our business sponsors provided our organization with generous financial support during an economically challenging year.  We also appreciate the academic institutions and human service organizations that collaborate with us to meet the needs of people in the community. We could not do what we do without you.

I especially want to thank all of the families and people with disabilities who trusted us enough to share your worries, your hopes and dreams for your lives, and gave us the opportunity to support you on your journey.

Looking ahead to 2011, please mark your calendars for our annual Evening of Art and Jazz on June 4th at George Eastman House. I look forward to seeing you there.

Happy New Year!

Paul
