Maritza Cubi graduated from the Latino Leadership Development Program (LLDP), run by United Way of Rochester on September 15, 2011. As part of the LLDP program, Maritza spent 6 days enhancing her personal and professional growth, learning about communication, decision making, conflict resolution, and board membership responsibilities. The LLDP trains and promotes Latino professionals to take on policy-making positions in the community. As a result of her involvement in the program, Maritza and her class will be in touch for further outreach opportunities.
