Joyce Steel named as Director of Advocacy and Leadership Development

Joyce Steel has been named Director of Advocacy and Leadership Development for The Advocacy Center. Ms. Steel has over twenty years experience in the disability field, including her tenure as Executive Director of Brain Injury Association and Coordinator of New York State Partners in Policymaking.
