Input from Families Sought By Seneca Park Zoo

The Seneca Park Zoo is a valuable community resource that appeals to a wide and varied demographic.  The Zoo is looking for input on how they can make their facility and programming more accessible and inclusive for individuals with special needs and/or developmental disabilities. They would like to meet with a group of parents to find out what their experiences have been with the Zoo and to solicit suggestions about what kinds of supports and/or services would help make the Zoo more enjoyable and accessible. The Zoo will provide you with a free pass so that you can experience it prior to participating in the focus group. The focus group will be scheduled at lunchtime sometime in October or November, and will include lunch.

If you are interested in participating, please send an email to Allyn Stelljes
stelljes@advocacycenter.com with your name and phone number. Michelle Picardo from Seneca Park Zoo will be coordinating the focus group. Thanks in advance for your input and support!
