DDPC Seeks Input



The New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (DDPC) is seeking information from individuals with developmental disabilities, their families and interested others. This information will be used to help the DDPC continue to develop new and innovative ways of making life better for New Yorkers with developmental disabilities (DD) and their families.

Please take a couple of minutes to answer the questions either through our Electronic Survey or you can print the Priority Setting Survey and mail your response to us by October 30, 2010.
