Art Therapy Anxiety Group to meet on Tuesdays this fall

Do you struggle with constant worry?

Do you have a hard time talking about your anxiety?

Do you enjoy doing something creative to help your anxiety?

Would you like to learn some coping techniques that you can use on your own?

Join the Art Therapy Anxiety Group and learn how the creative process can help you ease panic symptoms, decrease anxiety, promote coping skills, and reduce stress.

When: Tuesdays, September 12, 2011-October 18, 2011, 6:30-7:30pm.

Where: 595 Blossom Road, Suite 318, Rochester, NY 14610

Cost: 6-week session: $240.
